This specialised firm, focusing on debt recovery, was the brainchild of Robert Barnard, an award-winning debt litigation specialist with over two decades of corporate experience. Roberts Law operates as a trading name of Excello Law.
The launch of Robert’s Law marked the seventh boutique brand introduced by Excello Law, as part of its mission to empower ambitious lawyers to build their own distinct legal practices. Excello Law removes the burdens of regulatory infrastructure and back-office support, so that lawyers can focus client work, networking and developing their practice.
For Robert Barnard, Excello Law provided start up capital and investment, regulatory, compliance and insurance setup, web build and marketing. Going forwards Excello Law will provide Roberts Law with back-office services, including finance, HR, compliance, secretarial, and administrative support.
