The Role
Excello Law is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Property – Senior Associate to join their Belfast office. This is a unique opportunity to work within an ambitious and innovative team advising on complex high value transactions. In this role, you will work across a variety of high-profile matters advising on:
- investment acquisitions and disposals;
- property development;
- landlord and tenant;
- development finance.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues and will be involved in drafting and negotiating key documents such as development agreements, sale/purchase contracts, agreements for lease/ leases. You will work primarily in the local market but will also have the opportunity to work with colleagues across our UK and international offices. This role benefits form a high level of autonomy and you will be an individual who will thrive in this type of environment. A positive and supportive culture is central to everything we do at Excello Law, so you will be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
About You
You will have a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience within Commercial Property, ideally gained at a leading firm and be qualified to practice in Northern Ireland. Dual qualification in additional jurisdictions is advantageous but not required. You will have significant experience acting on the types of transactions listed above. You will be a motivated and hard working self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment.
