Helen Daley – Construction and Engineering

Helen Daley is an experienced construction and engineering solicitor.  She routinely acts on behalf of developers, contractors, sub- contractors and suppliers in connection with a broad range of disputes arising out of standard (JCT/ NEC) and bespoke construction contracts. Helen joins Excello Law following three years as a partner at JMW Solicitors LLP.

Robin Gill – Corporate

Robin is a corporate lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in advising businesses from start-up to disposal. He specialises in supporting owner-managed and family-owned businesses. He advises on both larger transactions as well as those involving growing businesses. Robin joins Excello Law following his role as a partner at HM3 Legal.

 Martin Ridings – Family

Martin Ridings is an experienced family lawyer with a passion for resolving intricate legal matters related to marriage, divorce, and child arrangements. With a wealth of expertise gained since qualifying in 1998, has become a trusted advisor for individuals navigating the complexities of family law. Martin joins Excello Law following nine years as a Family partner at Knights.

Andrew Rimmer – Construction and Engineering

Chambers and Legal 500 listed lawyer Andrew Rimmer is a specialist Construction and Engineering Lawyer with over 30 years’ experience in construction disputes and transactions in a variety of national, regional and boutique law firms in the UK. Andrew joins Excello Law following his role as the Head of Construction Law at JMW Solicitors LLP. Andrew has a direct and positive style and has been recognised in the legal directories (Chambers and Legal 500) for many years.

Geoff Willis – Commercial Property and Property Development

Geoff Willis has over 28 years of commercial property experience with particular expertise in commercial and residential development.  He has substantial experience of site acquisitions and disposals, conditional contracts, options, promotion agreements, development agreements, building agreements and leases, funding agreements and joint ventures. Geoff was previously a principal in the real estate department of EMW solicitors for over 20 years.
