At Excello Law we continue to grow both organically and by acquisition and we are always exploring other similar opportunities in the market.
We are interested in talking to law firms who share our values and belief in the future of the fee share model. Through our scale, law firms and lawyers joining us will benefit from a wider array of resources allowing them to focus on the service to their clients, which will in turn contribute to the growth of the Excello Group.
In 2022 we acquired established fee share firm My Business Counsel (MBC), also one of the early adopters of the model. Established in 2011 by the founders Sandip and Rasneet Sohal, with lawyers based in London and the Midlands, MBC grew to a turnover of £2.5 million and 40 consultant lawyers with its core focus on corporate and commercial work.
This unique acquisition marked the first step in the consolidation of the fee share model. The acquisition was the largest of its kind within the dispersed consultancy model, and the ninth law firm acquisition completed by the Excello team.
