Founder and Managing Director
George qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and has worked extensively in both private practice and within industry, predominantly as legal director for a number of global software companies. He established Excello Law in 2009 at the vanguard of a new era in legal services provision, addressing client demands for greater accessibility, quality and value for money.
Chief Operating Officer
Jo is a qualified solicitor who joined in 2009. As COO, Jo has responsibility for oversight of recruitment and HR in addition to being responsible for ensuring all touchpoints of the business - in particular those which lawyers come into contact with - are running to the highest levels of excellence.
Finance Director
Sarah joined Excello Law in 2019 with responsibility for management of the finance department within the firm. She is an experienced finance and HR professional, having previously worked as a senior manager within the offshore industry for Intecsea, which provides insight, engineering and project management.
Marketing Director
Harriet has spent over 20 years working in marketing and advertising, across agencies, in-house - including as Marketing Director in a Top 100 Law Firm. Her work has primarily covered business to business services across a range of sectors including law, finance, insurance and telecoms.
Head of Risk & Compliance
Jessie is a qualified solicitor and joined us from a governance role at Ince. She has also worked in the banking sector with significant responsibilities for adherence to anti money laundering regulations and FCA rules. Jessie spearheads our risk and compliance programme and acts as a key point of contact for our lawyers and their teams.
Senior Technology & Innovation Officer
Ryan worked in systems admin and development within a converged managed services provider before joining Excello. He is responsible for maximising the benefits of our systems platforms, looking for innovation within IT to support enhanced ways of working and acting as a central point of expertise on IT projects and queries.
Excello 360 Manager
Rebecca manages our central support services team - Excello 360 - which provides a wide range of organisational, administrative, secretarial and PA resources as needed by our lawyers, as well as providing bespoke induction and training programmes for lawyers, teams and firms transitioning to more agile working at Excello.
Business Development Manager
Rasneet is a qualified solicitor and she previously specialised in Landlord and Tenant law. She joined Excello following the acquisition of My Business Counsel in 2022 with a key objective to support the transition and identify new business opportunities for the firm and its lawyers, negotiate and close business deals and to define long-term strategic goals.
Business Services Manager
Michaela has extensive experience across workplace and facilities management, corporate front of house support services, and hospitality & event management. She is responsible for the management of our national office portfolio, Health and Safety compliance, the post process and co-ordination of our annual programme of events.
