What We Look for in Remote Lawyers:

Expertise: Excello Law values lawyers with a proven track record in their practice areas. Our lawyers have an average of 19 years PQE. All our lawyers must have had at least 8 years of experience in private practice.

Collaboration: Thrive in a collaborative environment where lawyers share their knowledge, advice and expertise. 42% of matters opened are from referrals in between our lawyers.

Ambition: Demonstrate a commitment to innovation and a willingness to embrace new ways of practicing law. Building your own legal practice can be incredibly fulfilling but it is hard work. Our lawyers grow their practices through networking, promoting their work and collaboration with other lawyers. We ask that all lawyers who join to join us have an existing client following.
